Minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Large Language Models (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing
Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale language models
Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques for text data
Knowledge of evaluation metrics for language models and their performance assessment

Responsibilities

Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language
Design neural network parameters trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in the field
Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills
Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
Mentor junior professionals in large language models and natural language processing
