Responsibilities

The Korean Language Lead will perform English to Korean review tasks for life sciences and clinical research translations, monitor resource performance, and conduct Korean language quality assurance. Responsibilities include maintaining linguistic assets like glossaries and translation memories, managing client escalations related to Korean language quality, and attending client calls on these issues. The lead will also support the onboarding of new Korean clinical research linguists, respond to supplier queries, lead linguistic aspects in business reviews, and assist in creating and updating style guides for English to Korean translation. Additionally, the role involves recommending Korean Life Sciences linguistic resources, supporting the assessment of new linguistic resources, and conducting monthly capacity planning for Korean Life Sciences to ensure adequate production support.
