Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (technical or IT-focused preferred) or equivalent education with verifiable software development experience
  • 0–2 years in application development or process automation (internships or personal projects accepted)
  • Basic technical knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Quickbase (desired experience or knowledge in low-code application development)
  • Programming languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or Python
  • Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and basic SQL querying
  • Desirable familiarity with Azure, AWS, or REST APIs
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Genuine interest in learning and contributing to global technology projects

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, configuration, and maintenance of applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Quickbase
  • Assist in building automated workflows, integrations, and data dashboards
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement solutions aligned with business needs
  • Write, test, and debug code under supervision, ensuring functionality and software quality
  • Document processes and technical updates for applications
  • Contribute to functional and user testing prior to deployment
  • Learn and apply software development best practices, version control, and issue management
  • Participate in code reviews and internal technical training sessions
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented attitude
