Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of hands-on development experience with a relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
  • Basic programming knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, C#, JavaScript, C++
  • Strong willingness to learn the Salesforce platform and develop expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
  • Foundational front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Understanding of writing clean, maintainable code and the importance of unit testing
  • Familiarity with Git/version control - an advantage
  • Basic understanding of REST/SOAP integrations - an advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply modern development methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Assist in developing Server-side logic (Apex) and front-end UI components (LWC, Aura)
  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of projects on the Force.com platform under the mentorship of senior developers
  • Be involved in the full development lifecycle from understanding business requirements to delivering functional solutions, including integration, testing, and deployment
  • Write and maintain clean, well-documented code with appropriate unit tests
  • Continuously learn and implement new technologies and tools in the CRM and cloud space
