Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field, with 1-3 years of professional programming experience in production environments. Proficiency in C++ or Python programming languages is required, and familiarity with modern data engineering ecosystems is a plus, along with prior experience handling financial data and quantitative research/trading experience being preferred.
The Junior Quantitative Engineer will implement and maintain strategy models, improve strategy backtesting frameworks, develop quantitative research toolchains, maintain quantitative databases, and develop strategy monitoring & risk analysis tools. They will also deploy strategy code and optimize execution logic, demonstrating the ability to think critically, rapidly, and rigorously, while communicating effectively and thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
