  • Genuine passion for building user-facing products and exploring their performance with broad, diverse audiences
  • Loves technology: understands how REST APIs work, has a grasp of interservice communication, and ideally some background or enthusiasm for gaming
  • Curious and investigative: able to build a complete picture from partial or hidden information, and translate technical findings into clear business insights
  • Can communicate ideas clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and enjoys using visuals (slides, diagrams, dashboards) to explain complex things simply
  • Enjoys mapping and analyzing user journeys across B2B and B2C products to find optimization opportunities and friction points

Responsibilities

  • Research existing products, markets, and technologies to understand user needs and identify gaps or opportunities
  • Analyze data to uncover user behavior patterns, product bottlenecks, and growth levers
  • Gather and structure information, maintain documentation, and ensure insights are understandable and reusable by others
  • Integrate findings, document hypotheses, and propose data-backed product improvements
  • Support A/B testing, feature performance evaluation, and idea validation
