Requirements

Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
Hands-on coding experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts; familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
Result-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for challenging work and growing as an engineer
Nice to Have: Exposure to vector databases, data embeddings, NodeJS, or Golang
Nice to Have: Interest in customer-facing solutions and workflow automation

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing integrations, automations, and customizations across DevRev and customers’ workflows
Apply AI techniques, including Generative AI and prompt engineering, under guidance from senior team members
Conduct basic data analysis, write SQL queries, and help build dashboards to share insights
Participate in cross-functional communication to ensure requirements and feedback loops are maintained
Learn new tools and assist in guiding customers through critical workflows
