Requirements

Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and how LLM-based features are evaluated
Programming skills in Python to write tests and read code
Ability to execute tasks autonomously with an eye for detail and to ask for help when stuck
Quick learner to understand unfamiliar concepts and iterate towards working solutions
Curiosity about how large language models can be applied to solve real-world problems
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field for bachelor’s degree students or currently enrolled in Master’s Degree Program
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Building evaluation datasets and designing metrics to measure and improve the performance of AI-driven systems
Using tools like LangSmith and techniques such as LLM-as-a-judge or meta-prompting to build robust evaluation pipelines
Extending the test-suite, refining and running benchmarks on our AI systems
Participating in the full AI product lifecycle: from early-stage experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement
Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile, sprint-based environment
