Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and how LLM-based features are evaluated
  • Programming skills in Python to write tests and read code
  • Ability to execute tasks autonomously with an eye for detail and to ask for help when stuck
  • Quick learner to understand unfamiliar concepts and iterate towards working solutions
  • Curiosity about how large language models can be applied to solve real-world problems
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field for bachelor’s degree students or currently enrolled in Master’s Degree Program
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Building evaluation datasets and designing metrics to measure and improve the performance of AI-driven systems
  • Using tools like LangSmith and techniques such as LLM-as-a-judge or meta-prompting to build robust evaluation pipelines
  • Extending the test-suite, refining and running benchmarks on our AI systems
  • Participating in the full AI product lifecycle: from early-stage experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile, sprint-based environment
