Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries
Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
Process invoices, expenses, and assist with vendor management
Support the accounting team in audits and compliance requirements
Participate in special projects to improve efficiency and reporting processes
