Requirements

High level of written and oral proficiency in English and preferably also in Danish
Based in Copenhagen with the right to live and work in Denmark
Ambitious and curious individual who can adapt well to different situations and is eager to learn
Great communicator who can confidently present ideas to team and clients
Team player with experience working in teams (e.g., from student job or university project)
Completed a master’s degree with strong academic results or other formal education fulfilling qualifications by 27th August 2026 (or within the previous 2 years); field of study less important than passion

Responsibilities

Participate in the 12-month accelerator program including on-site, self-study, and on-the-job trainings starting late August 2026
Attend Deloitte Technology & Transformation Denmark Consultant Academy to master consulting toolkit
Participate in two SAP S/4HANA bootcamps in Europe for introduction to functional areas and hands-on exercises
Join live project teams for real client engagements to apply skills as an SAP consultant
Engage in self-study to prepare for and pass one or more relevant SAP certifications
Play a crucial role in client engagements by advising, implementing, and operating SAP S/4HANA transformations across industries
