Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, BitBucket, and key third-party add-ons. They must have hands-on experience setting up, managing, upgrading, and migrating Atlassian tools in Server and Data Center environments, along with experience installing and configuring external authentication systems such as AD, LDAP, SAML, SSO, OKTA, and OneLogin.

Responsibilities

The Atlassian Configuration Consultant will be responsible for setting up new environments to host Atlassian applications, assisting clients with new environment setup, performing installations and configurations of new Atlassian applications, upgrading existing applications, migrating applications between environments, consolidating multiple applications, and migrating from third-party tools into Atlassian applications. Additionally, they will install and configure external authentication systems and third-party add-ons, provide support to client administrators and users, troubleshoot issues, and design creative technical solutions.
