Responsibilities

Perform the summative evaluation of jewelry verification in accordance with eBay standards and document identifying features required to finalize jewelry verification
Evaluate jewelry and apply sound technical knowledge to finalize accurate and consistent verification determinations including diamond quality, colored gemstone identification, estimate gemstone weight, and brand features in accordance with eBay standards within approved skills
Learn eBay policies and procedures to detail results for the Jewelry Verification program
Apply standard grading and identification methodology
Initiate and solve exceptions
Apply knowledge of jewelry to identify characteristics and treatments present in gemstones
Collaborate with a diverse group of individuals
Implement verification for all categories
