Responsibilities

Coordinar los trabajos en la obra
Seguimiento de la ejecución del proyecto
Control de los costes
Gestionar los contratos y obtener los permisos y licencias requeridos
Elaborar estimaciones presupuestarias
Planificar y fijar las fases de la construcción
Supervisar las actividades de los subcontratistas y del personal subordinado u obrero
Verificar los avances logrados y la calidad del trabajo durante todas las fases del proyecto
Representar a la empresa en asuntos pertinentes
Planificar, optimizar y supervisar la utilización de los recursos para asegurar que las obras se ejecuten en el plazo, con las especificaciones y con el coste establecidos
