Investigate deeper on detected behaviors when incidents are escalated by analysts, MSSPs, and Security Tools
Manage call resolution of incoming IT security incidents and tasks, add context to understand behavior, analyze data from multiple tools and sources
Participate in crisis management by providing support to incident handlers and management
Create reports, visualizations, and threat models of security attacks
Track trends for metrics and reporting
Work on decreasing false positives
Review Threat Intelligence and potential attacks against Albemarle
Maintain the detection rules database and develop use cases
Participate in recurrent meetings with customers as the technical referent
Provide recommendations or workarounds to customers to reduce business impact
Lead and participate in continuous improvement of the service (detection level, processes, operational procedures, service efficiency, reporting)
Support customers in remediation of incidents
Support management with reporting of activity
Manage improvement plans and develop process/procedure manuals and documentation
Participate in improvement plans for service efficiency and detection rules
Stay current with leading practices for IT security through research, networking, prototyping, and education
