Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Basic arithmetic skills for verifying product quantities
  • Ability to handle up to 50 pound boxes on their own
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including use of appropriate PPE
  • Experience using pallet jacks or hand trucks (beneficial)
  • Experience using hand tools or powered screwdrivers (beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and store Lab materials
  • Transport pallets or boxes of HDDs to designated storage areas
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
  • Retrieve and deliver materials to test areas as needed
  • Scan HDDs, boxes, or pallets into SIT inventory system
  • Perform kitting of hard drives for use in storage systems
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
  • Maintain accurate records of material movements
  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels and material receipts
  • Assist in inventory audits as required
  • Provide work direction to contractors supporting the team
