Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
- Recent experience with Cycle Counting/inventory control, 1-3 years preferred
- Ability to perform routine, high school level mathematical operations
- Experience with ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and email
- Current valid certification for forklift use (must be able to be certified to operate warehouse equipment and maintain certification)
- Ability to talk, hear, type, write, stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, read written words and computer screens, reach with hands and arms, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, wet floors, cold areas, environmentally uncontrolled warehouse settings, and moderate noise levels
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts based on schedule provided to Team Lead
- Perform cycle counts on Sales Force shipping errors where incorrect quantity is indicated
- Analyze variances, report on conclusions, and recommend process improvements
- Work closely with other Neogen employees during cycle counts
- Be involved in physical inventories
- Maintain a current valid certification for forklift use
- Any other assignments or projects as given by team lead, supervisor, or manager

- Communicate effectively through all necessary messaging and actively listen to others
