Knowledge of inventory count processes and procedures
Understanding of salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, and destroy procedures
Familiarity with obtaining return authorizations from vendors and processing vendor chargebacks
Ability to work cross-functionally with departments to complete merchandise counts

Responsibilities
Support the Asset Protection Supervisor to maintain workflow and count processes
Operate a forklift and collaborate with Inventory Control team members
Conduct, organize, and validate inventory counts
Sort damaged and RTV (Return to Vendor) merchandise
Reduce salvage and re-wrap sellable merchandise
Obtain return authorizations from vendors, process vendor chargebacks, package, and ship merchandise returns
Work proactively with department teams to track, plan, coordinate, and execute inventory counts and control count cycles within deadlines
Provide prompt and courteous service to members while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and sanitation
Accurately process damaged or defective merchandise following appropriate procedures
Follow count processes and procedures to maintain correct stock/inventory levels
Ensure a safe and positive environment, deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and uphold club standards for cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
