Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and unload deliveries from suppliers
  • Store and organize inventory in an efficient and accessible manner
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to verify stock levels
  • Keep accurate records of stock, including end-of-day transactions
  • Assist customers with their questions and purchases
  • Pull games from inventory and hang up apparel
  • Handle customer complaints and returns professionally
  • Operate the POS system and manage credit card transactions
  • Arrange displays and promotional materials
  • Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe, following health and safety regulations
  • Manage the store layout and ensure proper labeling and tracking of items
  • Stock shelves
  • Fulfill online orders
  • Handle store ordering and coordinate orders with suppliers
  • Process UPS/USPS/FedEx shipping
  • Replenish stock
  • Rotate stock to manage expiration or obsolescence
  • Perform other tasks as needed, such as preparing reports or handling minor repairs
