Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of IIA Standards, SOX, FCPA, and/or anti-money laundering controls preferred
Experience with data analytics tools and industry auditing practices a plus
Team-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive in identifying process improvements

Perform compliance, financial, and operational audits focused on financial operations, accounting, and related processes
Execute audit procedures including walkthroughs, document examinations, analytical reviews, and reconciliations to evaluate controls and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in planning and organizing audit assignments, depending on experience
Assess compliance with regulations, company policies, and financial standards to ensure MGM assets are safeguarded
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information
Prepare organized, accurate workpapers with supporting evidence and clear conclusions
Collaborate with team members, sharing insights, setting goals, and contributing to discussions that strengthen audit quality
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
