Requirements
- Proven experience working in risk, control or assurance roles
- Experience in Big 4 or Internal Audit with financial institutions in the region
- Experience working in technology, fintech or broader financial services industries
- Ability to work independently, assume responsibility, make judgements, and know when to escalate
- Prepared to take ownership over audit areas and solve problems with limited guidance, always proposing solutions
- Strong project management skills, able to hold self and teams accountable for deadlines and high-quality outputs
- Agile and adaptable to change
- Seeks to use data analytics and technology in work and decision-making processes
- Attention to detail, ability to summarise key messages succinctly verbally and in writing, adjusting style for audience
- Curious, great at asking insightful questions to understand issues and deliver outcomes

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework, including development of continuous monitoring and automated audit routines
- Deliver audits per the audit plan to ensure timely and relevant audit outcomes
- Help build and support a strong and self-sufficient internal audit team
- Monitor the implementation of Internal Audit recommendations by teams and measure the effectiveness of improvements
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally
- Plan, execute, and report internal audits across a range of business areas, including supporting global audits outside Singapore
- Collaborate internally and externally with partnering firms
- Make recommendations to improve governance, risk management, and internal controls
- Travel as needed to meet objectives
