Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Preference given to students met on campus, at a national recruiting event, through a Rockwell Automation-hosted event or a targeted recruiting campaign
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Basic computer programming (C++, C#, Java, Python or JavaScript)
  • Experience with industrial automation environments including PLC or drives programming
  • Previous experience with Industrial Automation products
  • Experience using Agile methodology

  • Gaining comprehensive exposure to the business structure of Rockwell Automation
  • Helping Rockwell Automation customers bring the Connected Enterprise to life
  • Participating in hosted activities and events to grow network and develop professional skills
