Responsibilities

  • Extend on the existing Gen AI on-prem LLMs to construct chat agents for LifeScience applications, strictly adhering to secure guardrails and reducing hallucinations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative solutions
  • Transfer an existing proof of concept to the MSD R&D environment
  • Explore existing the GenAI pipeline evaluation
  • Evaluate 3rd party large language models by means of synthetic data generation and feedback from application specialists
  • Find options to reduce response hallucinations
  • Improve Retrieval Response Times (e.g., by profiling Docgraph to improve dilation performance)
  • Improve Inference Response Times
  • Evaluate existing implementations for Guardrails
