Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and threat intelligence, complemented by exceptional customer engagement skills across technical and executive levels. A proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential. Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically email, networking, and enterprise security, is needed. Bonus points for the ability to use AI tools and familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a delivery method for indicators and intelligence.
