Responsibilities

Density, Electrical Conductivity and Visual Inspection
Tensile testing
Dimensional Checks
Heat Treatment Processes – internal and customer parts
Bandsaw operation for cutting billet materials
Packing and dispatch
Dealing with couriers and transport vendors
Completion of key inspection records
Completion of Product Certification
Maintenance of key process control charts
Additional activity depending on skills and experience: Metallographic analysis, Ultrasonic test
