Requirements
- Carrera Técnica, Licenciatura en Tecnologías de Información, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Informática o carreras afines
- 2 años de experiencia trabajando en la industria de la tecnología
- 2 años de experiencia dando soporte a computadoras, celulares, impresoras, hand held, lectores de códigos, entre otros
- Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas operativos y software
- Conocimiento en Networking básico
- Conocimiento en Android O/S
- Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial nocturno en sitio del cliente en Corporativo Terracota, CDMX
Responsibilities
- Brindar soporte a usuarios
- Configurar y administrar equipos
- Resolución de tickets y seguimiento
- Habilidades de comunicación activa y trabajo en equipo para resolver cualquier incidencia/petición del cliente
- Proporcionar servicio de software, soporte post-venta o entrega de servicios y solución de aplicaciones, en sistemas estándar y especializados
- Resolver problemas técnicos en las plataformas de hardware y software asignadas
- Usar procedimientos/herramientas de monitoreo proactivo para identificar oportunidades de prevención de problemas
- Interactuar de manera proactiva con los usuarios finales en los sitios del cliente
- Administrar la resolución de problemas preventivos y correctivos en aplicaciones y/o sistemas, networking, problemas de redes y aplicaciones para servidores industriales estándar, entornos en cluster especializados, sistemas de impresión, móviles, hand held, laptops, brindando soporte en los 3 niveles: hardware, software y redes
