Responsibilities

  • Dar soporte técnico en sitio, configuraciones o instalaciones de equipos de TI
  • Soporte “smart hands” a la infraestructura de redes, con apoyo del administrador remoto
  • Reemplazo de hardware de usuario final o redes, conforme a ciclo de vida definido
  • Solución de problemas básicos de LAN, WAN y WLAN
  • Gestión nivel 1 de cableado y servicios de voz y datos
  • Coordinación de gestión, conciliación y enajenación de activos
  • Preparación de instalaciones para reuniones/eventos
  • Proporcionar soporte in situ para eventos externos (configurar y probar equipos, acceso WAN/LAN, soporte a usuarios finales)
  • Control de inventario de equipos de usuario final y redes
  • Deshecho de hardware conforme a procedimientos establecidos
  • Organización y control del cuarto de computadoras
  • Soporte a hardware de usuario final e impresoras (instalaciones y configuraciones)
  • Atención a usuarios, incluyendo VIPs
