Requirements
- Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States
- Technical or Vocational Training in Instrumentation or Industrial Training (AIDT)
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and electrical systems, preferably in a chemical or similar manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing equipment failures
- Experience in chemical plant maintenance or industrial manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a Maintenance Work Order Process
- Willingness to work overtime, respond to call-ins, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge in calibration, testing, and installation of instrumentation/electrical equipment
- Ability to size and install rigid conduit
- Preferred Qualifications
- Craft certification in Electrical or Instrumentation fields
- Experience with Rosemount instrumentation
- Experience with Delta-V distributed control systems
- Experience handling corrosive materials (e.g., sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid)
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems
- Perform PMs (Preventive Maintenance) as per plant procedures
- Support capital projects through loop checks and commissioning activities
- Configure instruments using HART protocol and perform installations of new equipment
- Identify and fulfill E&I needs, including design and installation
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other maintenance and operations teams
- Participate in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) initiatives
- Follow RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) guidelines when applicable
