Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in development with Python, preferably in generative AI or machine learning environments
  • Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or equivalent frameworks
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and intelligent agent ecosystems
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems, APIs, and data lakes
  • Experience or interest in the payments sector, especially cards (authorizations, disputes, acquiring)
  • Advanced Python skills; SQL; JavaScript (desirable)
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FastAPI
  • Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Ollama, HuggingFace
  • Experience with Azure, AWS (S3, Lambda, Bedrock), Databricks, Kafka
  • Proficiency in Git, Docker, CI/CD, MLflow
  • MLOps and MCP for AI agent deployment and control
  • Event-driven architectures and messaging (Kafka, MQ)
  • Knowledge of banking data ontologies and payment systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop intelligent agents based on LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG integrating multiple data sources
  • Implement generative AI pipelines and secure prompt coding for use cases in cards, payments, and fraud
  • Build microservices and APIs connecting language models to banking ecosystems ensuring GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance
  • Design inference systems and semantic retrieval (RAG) to improve data self-service
  • Collaborate with architects and data scientists on the full AI lifecycle (MLOps/MCP)
  • Contribute to data governance and business ontologies in the context of cards and payment methods
  • Automate processes and decision flows in analysis and operations systems
  • Research and propose improvements based on Agentic AI ecosystems and agent orchestration frameworks
