Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and maintenance of hydraulic systems and components for hydraulic excavators (ranging from 12t class small to over 10t class super-large excavators)
  • Performance design and tuning in vehicle performance—such as operability, fuel efficiency, productivity, and cooling performance—from the perspective of hydraulic systems
  • Collaborate with electrical systems and software teams to develop electric-hydraulic (EH) systems
  • Work with related departments and suppliers throughout the development process, from concept to mass production, including product refinement in cooperation with manufacturing and procurement departments, aftermarket support, and design-related tasks for product maintenance after mass production
  • Engage in activities aimed at optimizing product costs
