Candidates must have over 1 year of experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs, a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices, and experience with data migration, mapping, and list segmentation. Excellent marketing content and campaign creation skills, exceptional communication abilities, demonstrated HubSpot user experience (certifications are a plus), and top-notch organizational skills are also required.
The HubSpot Specialist will lead HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients, streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's CRM and automation tools, and create and manage landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action. Responsibilities include analyzing and segmenting lists for targeted lead nurturing, configuring deal stages and managing sales pipelines, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, conducting tests to improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates, importing data into HubSpot CRM, and analyzing results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.
