Hub Fulfillment Specialist at Advance Auto Parts

This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities include filling store to customer orders using a pick list, preparing orders for shipment, shipping and receiving inventory, maintaining back stock, marking pallets, picking and staging parts, replenishing inventory to shelves, and other related duties.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a High School diploma or GED/Home School equivalency, be eligible to work in the United States, able to work various shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays, read and interpret documents, and use basic math accurately.

The role requires regularly standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching with arms, talking and hearing; frequently stooping, kneeling, and crouching; occasionally sitting, climbing, or balancing; lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally; plus close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred, along with consistent, reliable attendance and the ability to use lift equipment after training and certification.
