Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge
Experience in audit process of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
10+ years of experience in EHS management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, best practices, waste management, air (regulations implied)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and training; conduct safety audits and inspections
Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions; monitor EHS performance and ensure compliance
Collaborate with management to integrate EHS into operations and promote a culture of safety; manage hazardous materials, waste disposal, and emergency plans
Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies; support local compliance efforts and stay updated on industry trends
Develop and manage safety budgets; provide EHS training to employees and site visitors if necessary
Manage seals, fixed assets, equipment, consumables, loaned items, certification of ISOs or other standards, and administrative support for meetings, guest reception, real estate management, visitor handling, and internal communications
Plan and execute company events, external relations, and facility and utility management
