The role is an entry-level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) for registered professional nurses, requiring the ability to perform essential functions under supervision, assess and manage patients’ response to home dialysis, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
The role involves working as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, participating in decision-making, teaching, leadership, quality improvement, and collaborating with supervisors, educators, preceptors, patients, families, and ancillary staff.
This is an entry-level position in the Clinical Advancement Program with willingness to train, performed under the direction of the Supervisor with guidance from the Educator or Preceptor.
