Requirements

Deep knowledge and interest in healthcare, drug pipelines, and science-related research
Comfort in a client-facing role, particularly with C-Suite teams
Passion for problem solving and expanding one’s skillset
Very strong quantitative skills; exceptional use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required
Comfort balancing a number of concurrent projects and analyses
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
Solid understanding of and interest in the capital markets
1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the capital markets

Responsibilities

Advising publicly-traded Biotech, Pharma, and other Healthcare company investor relations and management teams on investor outreach strategies and execution (consult on conferences, NDRs and direct outreach, PMs and analysts for company engagement)
Research buy-side investors/capital markets trends
Develop presentation materials for client phone conversations, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings
Support team in thought leadership creation and client meeting prep
Help companies identify, attract, and maintain long-term capital in their shareholder bases (e.g., supporting investor targeting, optimizing sell-side relationships, providing data to maximize return on investor engagements)
