Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
University degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Proven technical knowledge of HSE rules and regulations at Federal and State levels
Direct experience with hands-on implementation of HSE rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
Able to legally work and reside in the US without requiring sponsorship

Responsibilities

Proactively assess risks to workers across worksites and develop actionable recommendations to reduce risk
Develop and implement HSE processes, procedures, work instructions, and checklists for consistent application
Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations, company policies, and procedures
Monitor and report on key HSE objectives and metrics, integrating HSE into management discussions
Facilitate incident investigations, lead root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions
Plan and assist with compliance audits and self-assessments; serve as liaison with external agencies on HSE issues
Coordinate and participate in HSE training; develop and maintain HSE awareness and proactive culture
Ensure HSE documentation is maintained, updated, and available at worksites, ahead of new requirements
