Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned members—building trust, offering personalized support, and delivering a high-touch experience
- Bridge health and technology by helping members understand and leverage the Twin platform for lifestyle changes
- Conduct structured conversations with members at defined frequencies to add value, motivate, and drive health outcomes
- Provide individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching focused on remissioning chronic metabolic diseases
- Motivate and empower members for sustained behavior change through education and encouragement
- Interpret and review member health data daily for timely interventions
- Promote Twin philosophy: unmonitored dieting harms metabolism; heal through scientific guidance
- Reiterate the role of Twin Digital Twin technology to enhance member understanding, engagement, and trust
- Own member adherence, retention, and reactivation, using early signals to prevent drop-offs
- Handle exceptions, escalations, and emotional support professionally
- Champion scoreboard-driven performance, monitoring metrics like engagement, retention, nutrition adherence, health outcomes, and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Doctors, Coaches, Customer Success) for coordinated care
- Maintain full compliance with Twin Health’s SOPs
