Requirements

Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating ability to perform duties
Ability to remember and adhere to all compliance, quality, departmental, and human resource guidelines
Ability to work in a team setting
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to sit and perform bud removal with scissors for extended time periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Tolerance for work around plant material, including exposure to plant pollen and/or dust

Responsibilities

Harvest and perform first stages in processing of Cresco Labs' product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic
Work within the garden, plucking leaves before the harvest
Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize specific flower qualities and standards
Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower
Buck, weigh, bag/tag/label the product for ID
Utilize attention to detail to hand select product for optimal size, quality, and appearance
Perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time – a combination of sitting, standing, moving, and performing vigorous activities in cool, humid, and hot temperatures
Strictly adhere to hygienic and sanitation policies set by Cresco Labs and the State
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe workspace and production facility
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times
Report all quality control issues during harvest to the supervisor immediately
Maintain accurate records of product harvested and processed to ensure product identification and quality control
