Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues seen in the field by customers by analyzing data from units, talk to customers as needed to understand failures, and work with the engineering team to determine root causes and corrective actions
- Support prototyping using in-house and external vendors for methods like 3D printing, laser cutting, and machining
- Perform various testing on prototypes to ensure designs meet product goals, including thermal and reliability testing
