Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in global enterprise sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets consistently

Responsibilities

  • Fully manage account operations for large, complex global clients and spearhead strategic customer acquisition to drive global revenue growth
  • Identify, nurture, and close new and incremental business opportunities with enterprise-level global clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve key business outcomes with the Outreach platform, engaging primarily with C-level executives (CROs, COOs, CEOs, CFOs, CISOs) across multi-entity, global organizations
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned global accounts by expanding business within existing accounts and acquiring new strategic clients
  • Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across relevant countries to mitigate churn and contraction, ensuring high customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Lead high-stakes contract negotiations with C-level executives, procurement, and legal teams for mutually beneficial deal closures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth service delivery and structure sales plans
  • Engage with partners by understanding the partner landscape, identifying allies or competitors, and incorporating strategic sales approaches for multinational partnerships
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape in key countries and regions, developing strategies to outmaneuver competitors
  • Effectively engage with senior executives across multiple countries, demonstrating cultural adaptability, understanding nuances, and establishing trust
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of clients' business environments, industry/market trends; analyze public documents, research competitors, and translate into actionable sales strategies
  • Meticulously maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, forecasts, and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Travel internationally as required
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed
