Requirements

  • University degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Native speaker or fluency in the English language - both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with the desire and ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and time on projects independently
  • Eager to learn new technology platforms (Coding, BI tools, GitHub, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Experience in data quality management, data review, or data cleaning (preferred)
  • Familiarity with BI and data querying tools and languages (including Looker, Power BI, Solr, SQL, and ElasticSearch) (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the processing of globally sourced, English language data that powers attribution for various solutions, including on-package marketing text, ingredients, and nutrient data
  • Perform taxonomy recognition tasks to ensure attributes achieve the required quality thresholds
  • Identify and support process, system and automation developments to increase quality and efficiency
  • Interpret, analyze, and clearly communicate data and taxonomy structure as needed
  • Audit, improve and develop internal database taxonomies
  • Expand the database to align with growing market trends and global expansion projects
  • Work with customer success teams to investigate and resolve customer inquiries relating to attribute taxonomy
