Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in BPO structures, with a tax background
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex accounts and large data volumes
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with good presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate change, and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Self-starter attitude: independent, proactive, and eager to learn
  • International working experience (an asset)
  • Availability to work 5 days per month from Warsaw office (26 Przyokopowa Street)

Responsibilities

  • Statutory and Tax account reconciliations
  • US GAAP & STAT ledger analysis
  • Tax Provision file preparation & posting
  • Provision-to-Return analysis & postings - reconciling tax filings with tax provisions
  • CIT SFS pack preparation – preparing reconciliations for tax disclosure notes in statutory financial statements
  • Tax Journal Entries – preparing and posting tax-related journal entries
  • Flux Analysis – investigating and explaining financial variances
  • Process Improvement & System testing – driving improvements and participating in system enhancements
