  • Titulaire d’un Bac +3 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines – spécialité Paie (Licence)
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de la paie et administration du personnel
  • Organisation et rigueur dans le travail
  • Excellent sens relationnel, communication diplomatique et création d’un climat de confiance
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Capacité à conseiller et accompagner les opérationnels avec pédagogie

Responsibilities

  • Réaliser et contrôler les paies dans les délais impartis, effectuer les saisies correctives
  • Établir les soldes de tout compte et gérer les subrogations et compléments employeurs
  • Contrôler et valider les documents contractuels (contrats, avenants)
  • Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers salariés (classement numérique, déclarations AT, suivi Transitions Pro, arrêts de travail, trop-perçus)
  • Traiter les éléments RH complémentaires : Médecine du travail, Mutuelle, Prévoyance
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des Directeurs de Magasin pour la gestion administrative et le SIRH (portail, GTA)
  • Conseiller les encadrants sur les contrats, la paie et les dispositions légales et conventionnelles
