Candidates must be currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields, with a strong background in CAD Generation and multi-media and immersive technologies, plus demonstrated interest in design and generative AI.
The Future Product Innovation team is an interdisciplinary team of researchers working at the intersection of generative AI, design, engineering, and creativity, part of the Human-Centered AI Division which includes ML researchers, behavior scientists, and HCI experts.
A highly motivated and versatile PhD research intern with a strong background in CAD Generation, multi-media and immersive technologies, and demonstrated interest in design and generative AI will be an ideal fit.
