Requirements

Graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 8-12 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in Functional Safety with hands-on SW development, Safety Analysis, and Tool Qualification
Experience on AUTOSAR is mandatory
Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE, ISO26262)
Agile/Scrum SW development process knowledge
Strong communication skills
Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with market trends and new solutions

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer safety requirements and supporting the engineering team to prepare the Technical Safety Concept and Technical Safety
Managing all functional safety relevant interactions with internal and external stakeholders, working on POCs, RFQs, and bringing up the technical SW architecture
Developing FuSa software requirements
Implementation of Safety Mechanisms, Safe States, and other technical FS aspects to the teams
Ensuring ISO 26262 certified or Qualified SW tools are used for product development and production
Supporting all competency teams to integrate safety mechanisms in accordance with ISO 26262
Defining and coordinating confirmation/verification reviews with product teams to ensure functional safety standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle
