Candidates must be an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), with previous experience working in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field preferred. A passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families is essential, along with a desire to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
The Registered Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism to implement goals established by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), utilizing science-based teaching procedures and creating engaging learning environments. They will also be responsible for providing feedback, collecting data, and assisting in the development of new skills, as well as participating in clinical research and presenting findings.
