Position Overview

Think Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated Math Teachers to join our global teacher hub in Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality mathematics education to students worldwide, leveraging our specialized curriculum and cutting-edge technology. Work Arrangement

First 6 Months: Full-time, on-site.
After 6 Months: Hybrid work model, subject to performance.
Long-term Potential: Fully remote opportunity, subject to performance and team needs.

Compensation

First Six Months: RM3,100.00 per month.
After Six Months: RM4,000 - RM10,000.00 per month (dependent on the number of classes and teaching performance).
Teaching Hourly Rate: RM60 - RM90.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
Deliver effective instruction aligned with Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, promoting interaction and collaborative learning.
Track and evaluate student performance, providing timely and personalized feedback to students and parents.
Review and grade assignments, offering additional academic support as needed.
Participate in other teaching-related tasks, including administering diagnostic assessments for new students.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree. Graduates from 2021 onwards are encouraged to apply. All academic backgrounds are welcome.
Experience: Previous mathematics teaching experience is not required but is considered an advantage. Background in elementary math competitions is also a plus.
English Proficiency: Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Passion for Education: Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with students and parents.
