Requirements
- Graduates or graduate students scheduled to graduate in 2024 or 2025, with a major in any field
- Preference given to candidates with a background in international affairs
- Fluent in Japanese, able to use Japanese as a teaching language. Basic communication in Chinese is a plus
- A passion for the education industry, a love for children, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong curiosity, excellent learning ability, and sensitivity to learning
- A broad perspective, an optimistic and tough personality, initiative, creativity, and a desire to create something from nothing
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research to understand customer needs and challenges based on business requirements
- Collaborate with marketing partners to develop customer channels and increase traffic
- Develop a reasonable recruitment plan and design targeted events and recruitment tools based on different timing and target audiences
- Promote, execute, and reflect on recruitment activities for branches, taking responsibility for recruitment results
- Build efficient operational SOP processes, identify key points, summarize experience, and continuously improve them
- Provide one-on-one diagnostic lessons, short-term classes, long-term classes, instruction, and Q&A support, as well as parent services related to assigned product lines
