Graduates or graduate students scheduled to graduate in 2024 or 2025, with a major in any field
Preference given to candidates with a background in international affairs
Fluent in Japanese, able to use Japanese as a teaching language. Basic communication in Chinese is a plus

Responsibilities
Conduct customer research to understand customer needs and challenges based on business requirements
Collaborate with marketing partners to develop customer channels and increase traffic
Develop a reasonable recruitment plan and design targeted events and recruitment tools based on different timing and target audiences
Promote, execute, and reflect on recruitment activities for branches, taking responsibility for recruitment results
Build efficient operational SOP processes, identify key points, summarize experience, and continuously improve them
Provide one-on-one diagnostic lessons, short-term classes, long-term classes, instruction, and Q&A support, as well as parent services related to assigned product lines
