Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development. Required skills include extensive experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL, along with a deep understanding of cloud-native systems and AWS deployment (serverless or containerized). A solid grasp of SQL and NoSQL data modeling, proven technical leadership in architecture and mentoring, and professional English proficiency are essential. Experience with AI/ML tools, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and global distributed teams are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Tech Lead will own the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable features and system components, leading architecture discussions and defining technical standards. They will mentor engineers through code reviews and design sessions, partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack. Responsibilities also include evolving engineering culture with best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps, and serving as a go-to technical expert for Full Stack development in React and Node.js.
