Passion for using software and technology to help save lives and reduce disease risk in populations
2+ years of industry experience as a software engineer (or equivalent role)
Experience building and launching numerous features, products, or systems successfully and iterating based on user feedback
Commitment to code quality, eliminating unnecessary duplication or workarounds, and rigorous engineering practices (code reviews, automated testing, logging, monitoring, alerting)
Effective communication skills to convey technical information to technical and non-technical collaborators, identify challenges, explain trade-offs, and incorporate feedback
Experience with modern web stacks
Minimum 2 years of experience in Python
Minimum 2 years of experience in React
