This Full Stack Front End Oriented Engineer role is focused on a modern tech stack for a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform that supports users in over 49 countries. The core platform handles billions of tasks daily in a large-scale environment. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership, a passion for software engineering, and a desire to shape the team's direction. Excellent communication skills, versatility, and a commitment to continuous learning and team empowerment are highly valued. The role involves building scalable, highly available, reliable, efficient, and secure cloud solutions for a medical device SaaS.

What You’ll Work On

  • Learn and enhance existing React and Go-based healthcare platforms.
  • Design and implement services, features, and components using React, Node, and Go.
  • Develop high-volume, low-latency services for a global healthcare platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate APIs, enabling users to share and utilize their medical data in partner systems.
  • Design and implement highly maintainable, unit-testable code.
  • Collaborate directly with InfoSec teams to design and implement secure solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external team members to define and shape API contracts.
  • Provide new ideas and insights in collaboration with the data services team.
  • Ensure performance, uptime, and scale, upholding high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.
  • Contribute to significant architectural and operational decisions in collaboration with the Architecture team.
  • Build internal tooling and APIs to streamline business and engineering processes.
  • Implement systemic changes to align existing systems with current architectural goals.
  • Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models illustrating the internal design and workflow of solution components.
  • Engage as a member of an Agile team, contributing to feature realization through development, testing, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience in an Agile environment.
  • Full stack software development experience in Go, React, and Node.
